Incredible location just off the beautiful pond and treehouse, a garden and the restaurant, fast check-in. Extremely pleasant and air conditioned rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Clean place and pleasant staff, appreciated great and fab location. Booked twin room, that was provided with good amenities, three beds, WiFi. The breakfast food, especially eggs and toast was lovely. The service was impeccable, including a speedy check-in.

The rooms are modern and heated, equipped with a safe, a lounge area, and coffee/tea making machines. It has a main bar, that serves hot drinks. As for me, this hotel is very good value for money for Shedfield.

We had tasty breakfast with fruit salads, toast, juice. Our accommodation was set in a remote location near to restaurant, and the cruise terminal.

The hotel was fantastic and attractive and in a remote location. I was here for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant which served an excellent reasonably priced breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit tired, I didn't like it.

Impressive place with truly wonderful employees at check-out. Cereal and toast in the bar for breakfast. Stunning location in the stunning outside areas, good for visiting Shedfield. And very close to Goodwood festival, restaurant and Southampton due to fog.

The breakfast deal was tasty and free with nice thick decent bacon and freshly cooked eggs, for example. Had good sleep at the double room with bath.

A little small bathroom, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Make sure to get twin room with coffee making facilities, lovely comfy beds and Prosecco. The location is remote.

The room is neat and modest, it comes with three beds, shower, supplies.

Incredibly beautiful and appealing hotel with immensely pleasant staff on the reception desk, everything was well-maintained. Main bar, modern room with other chairs and bedroom, as example. The breakfast was tasty and marvellous, the location was fab.

The rooms are new-fashioned and compact, and are complete with nice modern bathroom, supplies of tea, for example. The venue is placed in a remote position in the area for 50 + years.

Really enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. Had a just perfect stay for a wedding, it was very good value for money contrasted with other options. The breakfast was super, offered eggs and toast.

The rooms with coffee and iron plus a blow up bed, pleasant and exceptional staff with attentive service and courteous service from the staff.

Overall it was a very nice stay of more than 1 night. It was based in absolutely fantastic building in an exceptional location, in the outskirts of Wickham.

The staff was not so friendly.
